MY STORY
From a young age, I knew I was destined to connect and learn from others. After graduating with my Master of Social Work in 2004, I was fortunate enough to work in various settings that allowed me to learn and grow as a person and clinician.
In 2015, I began my journey to deepen my understanding of humanity and "what it is to be a person" by pursuing my Doctor of Social Work at Rutgers University. Through my education, I learned the importance and value of facing all dark and ugly places within myself. Through this dedication to "shadow work," I gained insight, understanding, and empathy for myself in ways I didn't know were possible. This experience laid the foundation for my personal growth and led to a renewed passion for helping others navigate their struggles meaningfully. I have seen the benefits of assisting others to respond to themselves with self-compassion and empathy versus shame and guilt. I take great pleasure in offering counseling and psychological services to support my clients through life’s challenges and, most trying times, to come out more empowered, hopeful, and successful on the other side.

Most importantly, I am a lifelong learner who is dedicated to issues related to social justice & equity.
I am grateful for the opportunity to support you. It is an honor to be trusted and to provide you with all of the tools you need to live a meaningful life.
Thank you for visiting my site!
In good health,
